I am a 2006 graduate of Columbia Central, so I am a Golden Eagle through and through. At Columbia, I graduated in the top 10 of my class, was a three sport athlete (football, basketball, & baseball), a member of the National Honor Society, and the 2006 Social Studies Student of the Year.
After graduating high school, I attended Michigan State University, I graduated in May 2011 with honors in history. I minored in geography and received the social studies (Rx) endorsement as well.
This is my first year as a teacher at Columbia Central High School and I am very excited to be back teaching at my old high school. Besides teaching U.S. History and World History, I am also the Quiz Bowl coach and Freshmen class adviser.
